Festo Process Valves

The New VZPR Actuated Ball Valves From Festo
Combination of a pneumatic quarter-turn actuator and a ball valve.
5/2 - way valve with Namur port pattern can be directly flange- mounted to the valve actuator.
Limit switch attachments for end positioning sensing can be directly flange-mounted to the actuator.
Ball valve available in Brass and Steel Design.
The New DLP,Copac Linear Actuators From Festo
Festo Copac linear actuators are ideally suited for use in water, sewage, industrial process water and sileage technology, as well as the paper and bulk goods industry. A clean solution for shut-off, safety and control slide valves. The Copac linear actuator acts directly up on the slide plate and facilitates accurate advancing to various positions.
Fast and slow valve actuation
Position sensing
Internal air channels eliminate protruding tubing and attachments, and thus also harmful accumulation of contaminants
Suitable for manual on-site use, as automatic operation
Opening and closing actuated via flange-mounted solenoid valve with part pattern to Namur, or via valve terminals with a choice of 30 different fieldbus protocols Sturdy and reliable, even in aggressive environments
High corrosion resistant
Mounting port pattern to DIN 3358/ISO 5210 for direct mounting
Port pattern to Namur VDI/VDE 3845 for attaching solenoid valves
The New DAPS Quarter Turn Actuators From Festo
The quarter turn actuators DAPS are specially tailored to the requirements of the process industry. The torque is generated via a scotch-yoke mechanism. This is advantageous for overcoming the valve's high break away torques. Given their robustness and graduated torques, the DAPS quarter turn actuators are predominantly used to control valves through which various media flow and whose angle of rotation is limited to 90, e.g. ball valves and butterfly valves.
Compact design Torque characteristics adjusted to the process valves
For the same housing size, the single-acting drive has half the torque of a double-acting drive
Low wearing thanks to simple and robust mechanical system
Adjustable swivel angle
Selected types according to ATEX directive for explosive atmospheres
